Registration

  • The combined final cost for 2 nights and ferry for members and TRAC members
  • Shared room - 3 nights and Ferry IOM
  • This is your deposit for a shared twin room and ferry crossing.

    It is your responsibility to identify your van partner for the ferry crossing.

This is a full weekend trail riding in the Isle of Man.


DATES

Departing on the Friday 5th Oct ferry from Heysham at 14:15. Returning back to Heysham on Sunday 7th Oct 19:45 from Douglas, IOM with an option to return on the Monday 8th October 

SUMMARY

It is a package price for the weekend based on 2 nights and 2 people per van

  • Sharing Twin room = £165 pp
  • Sole Occupancy room = £215 pp

Prices include:

  • 2 Nights Bed & Breakfast at the Palace hotel.
  • Return sea travel with vans
3 night option Bed & Breakfast option
  • 2 people sharing = £196.00 per person
  • 1 person = £319.00 per person (Return Van travel driver only)

RIDING

The intention is to split into groups for a full days riding on Saturday and Sunday. 

HOTEL

We are staying at the Palace Hotel and Casino in Douglas

PAYMENT

In order to book this trip, you need to make a £50 deposit by the 18th September.

The balance will then be payable in full by the 1st October.

The package is a group rate which needs to be 10 or more rooms. If we don't receive sufficient room bookings by the 18th September, then the trip may not be confirmed and deposits taken will be returned.

If we have sufficient numbers to confirm the trip, then deposits  will be non refundable.

ELIGIBILITY

The event will be open to non members for an additional £20. This will go directly to the Ribble Valley Group funds.

The event is also open to members of the TRAC club. You will need a code from Allan Robinson which will allow you to register at the members rate.

Priority will be given to group members if we have room or ferry restrictions, followed by non members ordered by booking date.
